Bulgar\u0103, nr. 43.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong>Obiectivul general <\/strong>al proiectului const\u0103 \u00een determinarea variantei optime de dezvoltare a localit\u0103\u021bii, prin analiza problematicii teritoriului acesteia pe domenii (studii geomorfologice, ecologice, demografice, dezvoltarea infrastructurii tehnico-edilitare \u0219i alte condi\u021bii de sistematizare urban\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu programul de dezvoltare a localit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i cu planul urbanistic general). Proiectul dat cuprinde propuneri sintetizate, de dezvoltare social-economic\u0103 \u0219i sistematizare func\u021bional\u0103 a teritoriului studiat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong>Subiectele abordate \u00een cadrul Planului urbanistic zonal:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">rela\u021bionarea zonei cu teritoriul cartierelor adiacente;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00eencadrarea \u00een intravilanul propus prin Planul Urbanistic General al or.
