Regulamentului provizoriu privind procedura de demolare a construc\u021biilor executate ilegal pe terenurile ce apar\u021bin domeniului public\/privat al municipiului Chi\u0219in\u0103u din 04.12.2014;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #050505;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Actului de constatare nr. 303 privind construc\u021bia \u00een mod neautorizat a gardului;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #050505;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Prescrip\u021biei Preturii sectorului Centru nr. 10\/02-23 din 01.04.24 emis\u0103 agentului economic privind demolarea benevol\u0103 a gardului construit;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #050505;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Procesului-verbal pe art. 181 Cod Contraven\u021bional \u00eentocmit agentului economic privind \u00eenc\u0103lcarea regulilor de salubrizare din 21.05.2024;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #050505;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Procesului-verbal de cercetare la fa\u021ba locului \u00eentocmit agentului economic \u00een baza Legii nr. 163\/2010 privind autorizarea execut\u0103rii lucr\u0103rilor de construc\u021bie din 21.05.24;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #050505;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211;
